One Nation Human Services

One Nation Human Services is Non-Governmental charity organization that was founded in 2001 by the sisters of St. Hannah’s missionary. Our founders had a dream to bring humanity closer by providing education to those who cannot access or afford it. Ours is a Non-Governmental Organization that raises funds from donors, well-wishers, and the public to support the cause of education globally. We focus on third-world countries and so far have established a base in twenty-four countries in Africa and the Middle East.

Mission Statement. Our mission is improving human lives through quality education.

In those twenty-four countries, we have identified children’s homes, orphanages and special schools which we follow through and sponsor to ensure that each child receives a quality education as a strong foundation for a bright future. It is our job to bring hope and joy to those who need it the most. We hope to expand our activities and reach out to more countries in future.

Vision statement. Our vision is Education for all.

The importance of vision and mission statements.

Establishing a mission and vision statement in an organization is essential. In the regular day-to-day activities of a firm, it is easy for employees to lose track of what the overall goal is. Mission and vision statements remind them of what is vital (Khalifa, 2012). Furthermore, they also give outsiders a scoop of what the organization is all about at first glance, without necessarily going into details. Vision and mission statements also bring a sense of unity towards workers of the organization. It is easier for people to work as a team when they know what they are aiming for at the end of the day. An institution that has clear mission and vision statements is one that is bound to achieve its goals (Cochran, David & Gibson, 2008).
